Pincho Nation is a great spot right next to the entrance of the Fløibanen funicular. The food comes in small, tapas-style portions — everything I tried was full of flavour! The mini burgers and bao buns were especially tasty , so were the mini Fish and Chips— small, but packed with so much goodness.

You order through their app, which is super easy to use. You get a table number on your receipt, so once you’ve sat down, you can just order whatever you fancy straight from your phone. Makes the whole experience really smooth and relaxed.

The small bites ranged from 59Kr ( £4.50, €5, $5.80 ) to 99Kr. (£7.45, €8.50,$9.80).

The drinks were quite reasonable too.

We ( 2 of us) had 12 different tapas type items, a glass of prosecco and a cocktail, with a total price of ) 970Kr ( £73, €83, $96).

It’s a popular place, so it’s definitely worth booking a table in advance. Great food, great location, and a really cool vibe — highly recommend!
